Overview Landscape Installation Foremen oversee crews responsible for planting, hardscape, drainage correction, and other various enhancement projects at commercial sites throughout our service area. Supervising and working with crew members, operating equipment, and interacting with clients and supervisors is all part of a typical day. Responsibilities Install landscape projects per provided drawings or plans Direct, oversee, and participate in work performed by your team Lead and motivate your team to meet daily production goals Follow common industry practice and standards when planting or installing hardscapes Understand proper job sequence Meet production and project schedule deadlines Supervise crew's use of electronic time cards through Paycom Represent Complete Landscaping in a professional manner and operate with the highest level of integrity Qualifications 3-5 Years of experience in the Landscape Construction field. Valid Driver's License and DOT Physical Card. Basic knowledge of plan reading, planting, hardscape installation, and equipment operation. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred. Training provided. EXCELLENT communication skills. Able to lift 50 lbs regularly. Basic computer skills are a plus!
