Job Requirements Overview of the Staff Accountant GC Biller role: Will have responsibility for revenue cycle accounting and billing activities including all customer interaction Will work closely with the contract and project departments in terms of all contract life cycle activities Assist with Accounts Payable functions and prepare and maintain various reports and month-end account reconciliations Assist with Purchase Requisition functions and ensure purchasing policies and procedures are being adhered to and process cash receipts Assist on monthly Financial reports and month-end reporting requests Gather and organize financial data from different business units and assist in compiling and analyzing financial reports Manage the general ledger and devote time to risk management, especially about accounts receivable and assist with the Company annual audit and provide support for governmental tax returns and forms Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant GC Biller: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree Experience with government contract billing (T&M, FP) and contract set-up and analysis. Minimum of five years of accounting experience with at least three years in AP/AR Experience with an advanced accounting system, specifically Costpoint, Deltek. Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Office/Excel Government Contracting experience a plus.
