Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist with travel coordination, scheduling, and logistics
- Serve as main point-of-contact for any matters pertaining to CEO and Chief of Staff
- Handle sensitive and confidential information pertaining to staff, projects, and strategy
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
- A bachelor's degree is required at minimum; master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
- 2-3 years of previous experience in high level executive support position
- Military or government experience preferred
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leaders coordinating projects in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to travel frequently is required
- Secret Clearance is required and must already be active
