The Division of Community Development Administration – Energy Unit is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Senior Program Manager in the newly established Whole Home, Energy and Business Lending Division. Under Departmental leadership and as part of departmental strategic initiatives for the Housing and Building Energy Programs, this position is responsible for creating an Energy Fund Portfolio consisting of energy loan programs. This position directs daily operations and provides the overall management responsibility for the administration and operation of programs, which requires maintaining compliance with federal, state and program requirements established by funding source guidelines. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited college or university and our years of professional financial or risk analysis experience, such as managing government programs, risk analysts, debt portfolios, examining and or analyzing financial statements, budget, grant or real estate investment portfolio records and reports, or Construction Management pertaining to single family or multifamily housing government programs. Must provide college transcripts.
