Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with an organization who is seeking an Office Manager for a permanent, direct hire placement. The ideal candidate will be seeking their career home, have prior Office Manager experience, and have a personable and upbeat demeanor. This role will wear multiple hats and serve as the "face" of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and transfer calls
  • Mail management- receipt, log, and distribute to appropriate personnel
  • Create correspondence and reports as needed
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and internal departments as needed
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Help organize internal office meetings and events

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Must have prior Office Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task and use sound judgement
