DHCD has an immediate opening for a Loan Processor in its Division of Community Development Administration.  The main purpose of this position is to account for all single family loan, investment and bond transactions in two single family bond indentures, prepare the trial balance, and analyze account data that accurately reflects the financial condition of CDA’s Single Family Bond Programs.  By issuing single family bonds, CDA’s programs provide affordable housing opportunities for low- and moderate-income people. Using the website, CDA provides timely information to investors thus enhancing the marketability of CDA bonds. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited high school or possess a high school equivalency certificate.
