Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks an experienced Graphic Design, Junior Analyst to support our Proposals and Marketing (P&M) team. This position is remote, but will require occasional travel onsite for meetings or as needed. As a member of the P&M team, this junior-level position offers the candidate an opportunity to design proposal graphics and support branded campaigns. Successful candidates must possess strong communication, collaboration, research, problem-solving, and organizational skills. The candidate will work directly with the Creative Manager to understand the scope of work for internal and external projects.

Responsibilities
Prepare creative materials based on art direction and marketing objectives using existing campaign templates and brand identity to execute designs for a variety of proposal, marketing, and advertising projects in both print and digital formats. Projects include:

• Proposal templates and graphics
• Advertising/social media
• Marketing collateral
• Presentations
• Signage
• One sheets
• Production support
• Presentations
• Newsletters
• Forms

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (a degree in graphic design is required and a background in communications and/or marketing a plus)
• Experience: 1-3 years
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal graphic support
• Working knowledge of design theory and practice
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Must be detail oriented
