Urban Planner/Fiscal Analyst

TischlerBise, Inc, has two immediate openings for a fiscal/economic analyst. One opening is our Boise, Idaho office and the other position is located in our Bethesda, Maryland office. These positions will assist with and eventually lead fiscal/economic impact analysis, impact fee, market assessment and infrastructure financing studies across the US. Candidates must possess excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills, with prior experience developing complex Excel spreadsheets and conducting GIS analysis. In these positions, the candidates will be working in both small team and idividual environments, requiring excellent project management skills. Occasional overnight travel is required. A degree in urban studies, urban planning, economics, finance, or public administration is required. Master’s degree preferred. Please specify which office location you are applying to.
