Provides technical and analytical services as Task Lead for a Contractor Team supporting the Joint Integrated Network - Korea (JIN-K) Quick Reaction Test at the Joint Staff, Suffolk, VA.

Essential Job Functions:

Works with the JIN-K QRT Test Director (TD) to establish and organize the contractor test team. Responsible for assisting in the organization of the contractor team; leading test planning, execution, analysis and evaluation activities.

Responsible for maintaining project efforts on schedule and within budget, submitting monthly progress reports, and ensuring quality of team-developed deliverables.

Serves as the primary interface with the QRT TD for all matters related to QRT execution; Leads team efforts involved with project and test plan development, test execution and reporting.

Participates in QRT execution activities including: initial test design and drafting the initial QRT Test Plan and Detailed Test Plans and schedules.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics or other related technical field plus 10 years of combined Joint/Operational T&E and project management experience or a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience is required.

Position requires an active SECRET clearance.

Test planning experience to include developing master and detailed test plans, test execution; data collection, management and analysis; drafting post-test reports and briefing senior officials on test readiness and results.

Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams.

Working knowledge of MS Office suite of products.

Demonstrated strong technical writing skills applied to preparation of test documentation.

Desired Skills:

Previous JT&E, OT&E, JCTD or service experimentation test planning experience including directing efforts of test teams. ORSA experience very highly preferred.

Familiarity with development or operational use of systems intended to provide a common operational Picture (COP) including working knowledge of IT technologies, architectures, and system design/integration.

Operational experience and familiarity with sources and flow of C3 information that supports development of a COP at the tactical and theater levels.

Familiarity with Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and training development.

TOP SECRET security clearance preferred.
