We are currently seeking an Associate Director to support and enhance our Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program within a complex business environment. The ideal candidate delivers the best user experience while balancing application and Cybersecurity requirements. The IAM Associate Director is a member of the Cybersecurity team reporting to Head of Identity and Access Management within Cyber Technology Organization under OneMain's Technology organization. The Associate Director of IAM plays a critical role in helping to implement the IAM strategy in pursuit of our desired outcomes. Desired Qualifications Collaborate with Head of Identity and Access Management and support execution of IAM roadmap and strategy. Leveraging key technologies and best practices, the IAM Leader will work collaboratively with IT solution teams to integrate identity management solutions that improve our security posture while equally improving employee/contractor and partner experience. Establish, document and communicate IAM services, capabilities, policies and procedures to key IAM stakeholders and consumers. Prior experience delivering both enterprise and customer Identity and Access Management capabilities. Utilize effective people leadership and influencing skills to successfully carry out IAM and the overall Cybersecurity mission. Possess deep subject-matter expertise in all areas of IAM including single sign-on, multifactor authentication, privileged account management, password vaulting, role-based access, just-in-time access and domain design. This is a key role supporting the IAM program roadmap, delivery of IAM capabilities and the right candidate must have a customer-focused, team-oriented, approach that balances IAM/security needs with user experience to provide best-in-class IAM and information protection to the organization. Education and Experience Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, such as Computer Engineering, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security or Information Systems 6-8 years working in Information Security or IAM capacity One or more certifications preferred: eg, CISSP or CISM, IAM Industry affiliations preferred Leadership and people management experience is a plus Previous experience with Industry leading technologies for IAM, Single Sign on, Privileged access management such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, OKTA, RSA, Thycotic, etc. Previous experience with Industry leading technologies for Multifactor Authentication such as Okta verify, Cisco Duo, Symantec VIP Access, Gemalto, Ping Identity, etc. Technical understanding; Across IT systems (eg, applications, networks, LDAP, domains, etc.) Information security utilities (ie, firewalls, IPS, SIEM, proxy), Application authentication techniques. Expert-level understanding of IAM principles and processes. Working experience as a member of an Agile solution delivery teams. Familiar with IAM-influenced compliance controls related to regulatory frameworks such as Privacy, PCI, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Active in the Cybersecurity Industry, equipped with external networking relationships to maintain relevant knowledge of best practices, tactics, strategies and technologies.
