Our company is seeking local candidates that will be eager to go through our training process with an end goal of becoming field foreman running crews of men on multi million dollar projects.The most important thing for this position is the candidate must be possess a POSITIVE attitude. As stated we are willing to provide necessary training for you to be successful.You must report to our shop in Frederick MD daily and drive our vans to the project sites. We pay for drive time so no more you get paid when you get to the job.
