And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The Sr./Capability Manager is going to be critical to E2E implementation success for any implementation for Optum Data Enablement. They would be responsible for initial solution design (pulling in SMEs as needed to get it done), partnering with Delivery Assurance team to build an implementation plan, and being the 'voice' for the pipelines' impact on upcoming and active implementations. In this role: The Sr./Capability manager would be responsible for determining the right pipeline(s) to leverage for any implementation and making sure the Delivery Assurance and implementation project management team understands the steps needed to complete the implementation (and any dependencies and pipeline evolution which might occur during the implementation as it affects implementation steps). This person is also responsible for being able to speak to the status of pipeline's evolution (as it relates to implementations).The Delivery Assurance process is not enough to manage this work across our multiple teams as we transition from current state to future state. We need a resource that can manage the following:Primary Responsibilities: Align on scope of any new project involving ODE (particularly E2E projects), for example Ambulatory, Acute, Clinical, Vendors, Technology Stack Align on requirements from downstream consumers, for example but not limited to Rev Cycle Analytics (SLA Performance Metrics) Align on solution (we will need to evaluate where we are from a technical perspective and design solution for each E2E client implementation), including Custom Batch Data Acquisition Financial Batch Data Pipeline Clinical Batch Data Pipeline X12 Data Acquisition HL7 Data Acquisition Vendor Data Provisioning Tech Stack Data Provisioning Ensure dependencies are understood and work is aligned to appropriate team, based on solution design Set expectations with Delivery Assurance and help DA Project Manager build implementation plan Oversee high-level work items across teams to ensure implementations are progressing as expected Communicate status and progress to management (Note: the DA Project Manager is ultimately responsible for this but we recognize that they are going to need help communicate the status from ODE standpoint)You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Sr. Capability/Program Manager Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience driving large scale technical implementation or similar projects 5+ years of experience with process and system design 5+ years of demonstrated Project and Risk management 5+ years of experience working in Matrix environment Healthcare industry and data exchange knowledge, familiarity with revenue cycle data Solid problem solving and analytical skills Ability to navigate projects and stakeholders in fast paced environment and lead discoveries Experience working in Agile environment Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive VoiceResponse (ie, entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders.
