Position Summary The successful candidate must be able to help with the daily management of our Salesforce platform, with the ability to grow into more responsibilities. This position will report to the Sales Operations Manager. **Key Responsibilities** Administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc. with the coordination of the Sales Operations Manager Maintaining and enhancing visual layouts and workflow rules to enhance business processes and improve user experience Providing support to Salesforce users in all groups to resolve issues with Salesforce and related applications through our Sales Operations Case Queue Use of DemandTools and Dupeblocker to ensure data integrity and hygiene Onboarding of new users, both internal users and our partner users Assisting in developing, launching, and managing in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels Remaining current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies and advising on these practices for Salesforce based solutions by attending Salesforce webinars **Skills & Requirements** 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator Salesforce certification is preferred, but not a requirement Excel proficiency is required Experience working with and/or supporting Salesforce integrations with tools such as SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical skills to respond to requested changes and identify customizations across all native and custom objects Why Work at Thycotic?
