CRI is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to work for our Federal client in Winchester, Virginia, contingent based on award of contract. The on-site DPM will be responsible for all work performed under the Statement of Work in support of the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts Program (FOIPA) Administrative and Analytical Services in support of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Information Management Division Record/Information Dissemination Section. Responsibilities and Duties: Act in coordination with and assist the Program Manager in the administration of the contract. In the PM's absence, serve as the primary technical and managerial interface between the Contractor, the CO, the COR, and Government management personnel. Responsible for overall day-to-day performance by supervising, organizing, directing, and managing contractor personnel. Proactive in eliminating day-to-day workflow queue bottlenecks. Expedite work products by the priorities identified by Government staff. Provide process and/or system improvement recommendations where warranted. Facilitate Government and Contractor communications. Ensure a high level of performance and service across all Government locations where contracted services are provided (Winchester, VA, Savannah, GA & Pocatello, ID) Develop and provide monthly status reports. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experienced applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques. Bachelor's degree required. Must have an active Top Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading/managing/supervising Freedom of Information Act and Privacy programs. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experience providing products and services in support of administrative and analytical service contracts. Skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives. Professional skills in program management and leadership. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
