Description SAIC has an opportunity for a SW Engineer to support the US Army Corps of Engineers Revolutionary IT Services (USACE RITS) program. NOTE: This is a 100% virtual / work from home / remote position located anywhere in the CONUS. The USACE RITS contract will provide modern and secure enterprise-wide IT support services to approximately 37,000 USACE customers located throughout the CONUS and OCONUS. Services will support the mission needs of USACE s Headquarters (HQs) located in Washington, DC, nine Divisions and 43 Districts, to include over 1,500 field and area project offices and two data centers that are currently located in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Hillsboro, Oregon. Support the USACE SharePoint environment for the following: Intranet Pub Knowledge Management Portal this app was created on SPO Apps these have migrated to SPO: Emergency Management Technical Excellence Network Business Process Improvement HQ Programs and Project Management Information System SharePoint Online Strategic Planning Strategic planning for migrating USACE to Government Community Cloud Creation of governance policies for SharePoint Online development initiatives Creation of USACE Office 365 Roadmap SharePoint Online Administration SharePoint Online site collection provisioning PnP script development PnP solution deployment SharePoint Online Development Lead Architect on moving on-prem SharePoint capabilities to SharePoint Online Develop SharePoint Framework solutions to replace legacy customizations Oversight of 3rd party development groups deploying to USACE SPO instanc (Knowledge Management Portal, ENGLink Dynamics 365 integration, etc.) Content Migration Lead resource for execution of content migrations to SPO (currently significant workload due to ongoing and planned SPO migration projects) On-Call Support 24/7/365 On-Call Support Service Outage coordinator KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILITY: SharePoint Server 2016 / 2019 SharePoint Online for GCC DoD Nintex Workflow and Forms DocAve v6 Metalogix Content Matrix Senior SharePoint Development / Architect capability, with experience in: Full Trust Code solution development SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development Client-side solution development Source Code Administration SharePoint PnP PowerShell script development SharePoint Modern Experience site development and configuration Strategic planning support for lifecycle support of SharePoint as well as future technical direction Ability to interface with senior leaders to explain complex processes in easy-to-understand manner SharePoint Online Modern experience LIASON: Represents organization as prime technical contact on contracts and projects. Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD. Additional four (4) years or more experience i nlieu of degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance CERTIFICATION: IT-II level certification (eg, Security+) Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000.
