Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD. Additional four (4) years or more experience i nlieu of degree. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance CERTIFICATION: IT-II level certification (eg, Security+) Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000.
