Ref ID: 04510- 143 Classification: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Compensation: $110000.00 to $140000.00 yearly Fast-growing technology company seeks strategy-minded FP& A lead with strong M& A modeling experience to report to CFO and help drive continued growth (4-5x estimate by 2025). Strong bonus and benefits package included. The Manager of FP& A or Director of FP& A (title depends on experience) will be the top FP& A-focused individual in the company and provide strategic support to Executive Team and Private Equity Partners. This will include heavy M& A modeling, including financial presentations and special projects. This individual will be responsible for company-wide financial analysis, reporting of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and the operating plan. The client is looking for someone who understands how crucial this role and the analysis and modeling it provides are to the continued, successful growth of the company. The Manager of FP& A or Director of FP& A will: Be in charge of financial modeling presentations to Private Equity Partners and assist in preparing board and other management presentations Oversee all corporate-level FP& A activities, including but not limited to: rolling forecasting, budgeting, risk assessment, and cash flow reporting Works closely with VP's throughout the company Team up with CFO to provide strategic insights and visions Partner with Accounting to ensure timely reporting and closes Work closely with Revenue team on reporting and modeling of compensation plans Build and adjust models and forecasts, as needed Design complex and dynamic pricing and cost models Candidates should reach out to Nick Warga, Director of Permanent Placement Services at Robert Half.
