Veterinary Client Service Representative - Full-Time and Part-Time

We are seeking a self-starter who will provide excellent customer service while being able to prioritize, excel during busy times and remain attentive to details to join our practice as a Client Service Representative. Customer Service Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of incoming client calls Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information Handle customer complaints, ensure escalation to department manager as needed Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Exceed expectations by providing excellent customer service to engage customers Work as a team Requirements Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of over-achieving Strong phone handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Must be able to work nights and weekends. Prior veterinary experience a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
