Job Details: PROJECT MANAGER (DRYWALL) Job Description Growing commercial carpentry & drywall contractor is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager position with framing and drywall project expertise. POSITION DUTIES: -Managing project schedules and timelines. -Successful execution of all projects. -Overall project planning and material procurement. -Communicating project objectives to project team (Site Supers, APM''s, labor) -Compile and manage budgets and estimates. REQUIREMENTS: -Excellent communication skills -Strong attention to detail. -Excellent organizational abilities -Knowledge of commercial framing, and drywall -Successful candidate will be proactive and diligent in carrying out your duties -Self-motivated -Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Office desired -Collaborative minded team player Requirements -Minimum of 5 years'' experience in construction project management and estimating in commercial carpentry & drywall. -Must be willing to travel between jobsites -Must have a Valid drivers license Send resume to: Mark W.
