Works as part of the county’s enterprise wide D365 deployment implementation team. As part of a development technology team, the CRM Solutions Developer is part of an agile development team, working on the deployment, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the enterprise. This individual will be involved in portions of the full systems life cycle (based on experience/skills) and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Handles complex problems independently and demonstrates analytical thinking and can make judgments and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of data.

Works with clients to understand business requirements throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to final delivery including working with other county disciplines as required to ensure a successful technical delivery of Power Platform D365 solutions to support the business needs of county agencies. This also requires the ability to design and validate the technical architecture for a solution, determine whether you can meet requirements with out of box functionality, determine to use Logic Apps vs Power automate flows, determine when to use plug-ins, and connectors.

Employment Standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to the following:

Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology, Business, Economics, or related field, plus three years programming/analysis experience in a complex information systems environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 3 years of related experience in developing Power Platform Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Experience configuring, and implementation of Power Apps, Power Automate, portals, and other CRM integration solution components, architecture, infrastructure, and tools. In addition, have strong hands-on development experience using App and Solution Checker, API connectors, Portal and CDS integration and perform data migrations using Kingswaysoft and Dynamics 365 Configuration manager.
  • Ability to develop technical specifications, conduct code reviews, diagnose, repair, resolve application problems, and automate/manage solutions.
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification is preferred, but not required.
