Ref ID: 04540-0011704468Classification: HR GeneralistCompensation: $27.71 to $32.09 hourlyGreat remote opportunity for an HR Generalist!* Administers various related policies and procedures, provides guidance and interpretation for the business; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; ensures compliance with policies and guidelines* Recommends new policies and procedures to ensure they align with the company culture* Manages benefits administration (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.); including, but not limited to annual benefits analysis, open enrollment, career development, and promoting wellness programs* Manages and facilitates team member relations activities, including coaching, investigations, performance improvement plans, and exit interviews* Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance review program* Supports internal team member communication and engagement through feedback programs, surveys, etc.* Ensures HRIS system information is accurate and current, monitors requirements, administers changes, and pulls and analyzes reports* Ensures legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws, and regulations and updates policies and/or procedures as required (including, but not limited to EEOC, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA).* Collaborates with talent acquisition team members regarding positions to be filled* Works with hiring managers to ensure team member performance is aligned with and supports the needs of the businessJob Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred * PHR/SHRM-CP preferred * Strong project management and organizational skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Sound judgment, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills * Proficient MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws * Business acumen or ability to quickly acquire business knowledge * Strong analytical skillsOfficeTeam, a Robert Half Company, matches professionals in the administrative field with remote or on-site jobs on a temporary and temporary-to-full-time basis.
