In this Role the candidate will provide technical, development assistance to the agile development teams and working with the government customer. *Responsibilities* * Assist, lead and participate inA' developing technical systems/softwareA' modeling standards, guidelines, best practices and approved techniques/approaches in support of; JAVA-interface software & systems framework, Oracle/SQL, NoSQL, SharePoint, Linux/Unix, Cyber and Cloud based projectsA' * Lead and participate in the implementation teams with creating physical and logical data modelsA' * Advise project, application and other relative teams to assure alignment with enterprise data strategyA' * Collaborate with business and users to advise the development of design specifications that will improve the performance, usability and effectiveness of customer facing interfaces and operabilityA' * Create, execute and perform technical project work plansA' * Responsible for the technical project (resources & scheduling) for solution deliveryA' * Responsible for communicating project status to customer and coordinating control gatesA' * A' Ability to thrive as a member of a highly motivated Agile team * Other similar professional duties assigned as needed *Qualifications* *Required Skills* * Must have work experience working onA' technology projects for technical software/systems engineering & architectureA' * Experience leading technical software/systems development life-cycle in Agile environmentA' * Proven experience leading and working on systems/software engineering technical development and integration projectsA' * Experience in preparing documentation for technical and process projects, and briefsA' * Ability to build cost estimates, schedules, and WBS'A' * Ability to build project schedules and allocate resources as neededA' * Experience developing both technical & functional requirementsA' * Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word * Strong understanding of the system development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologiesA' * Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Must have demonstrated ability to interact on a daily basis with all levels of personnel * Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experience. * Ability to obtain a Public Trust * Certified Scrum master *DesiredA' Skills* * Experience delivering solutions using Agile delivery practices * Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) * Familiarity with Rally * Certified PMP A' SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
