Duties:Apply technical skills and experience in working with structured and unstructured data for ingest into a variety of applications.Guide customers through a vigorous data submission process cycle.Field questions, record data transactions, fix errors and streamline processes through a vigorous data life cycle.Perform quality control actions and verify details and correctness at a very high level.Demonstrate senior skills in writing/editing and processing cables.Provide excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working with customers frequently.Provide daily logs and statistics, and output from utility tools, as well as track and provide daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and statistics/metrics, and support COOP and emergency response activities.Work under general direction, and independently determines approaches and develops innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality of the data life cycle.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Math or related field plus 3 years of professional experience OR Masters' Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Math or related field plus 1 year of professional experience Note: In lieu of a technical degree an additional 5 years of related experience may be substitutedExperience working with structured and unstructured data for ingest into a variety of applicationsActive TS/SCI with polygraph clearancePreferred Qualifications:Experience writing customer reports.Experience with computer file management in Windows and UNIX/LinuxExperience with a variety of scripting languages (such as Perl or Python)Demonstrated ability to work in teams with a collaborative interpersonal styleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsExperience in the Intelligence CommunityExperience working in a Customer FacilityAbility to perform with minimum directionAbility to work in a demanding environment with changing prioritiesWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
