Teams within Public Affairs include: Communications, Government Relations & Public Policy, Social Impact & Sustainability, and Strategy & Transformation. Reporting to the head of Public Affairs Resiliency, this newly created position will spearhead resiliency strategies for the functional groups within Public Affairs. Additionally, this individual will establish metrics and reporting capabilities of data points before, during and after an event. This position can sit in a Wells Fargo office located in Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Los Angeles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; St. Louis, MO or Washington, DC , and does not offer relocation assistance. Specific responsibilities include: Drive and implement resiliency strategies for business continuity, incident management and response planning Design processes and procedures to minimize the likelihood of a disruptive incident Design testing strategies to evaluate disruptive events and effectiveness of policies and procedures Develop reporting capabilities to track and measure potential scenarios and outcomes Design framework to disseminate vital information, before, during and after resilience events Develop safeguards to ensure resiliency plans are up-to-date and reflective of business requirements Monitor alerts/notifications to understand customer, team member as well as business impact Partner with key stakeholders in the functional group to address issues or control weaknesses Strategy & Transformation leads strategy, operating model, and cross-functional initiatives for Public Affairs. The team drives transformation, risk management, operational excellence, and efficiency, while measuring progress against our strategy, focusing resources, and defining success measures.
