Green Key Resources in Rockville, MD is seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation to fill a direct-hire role with a client in Montgomery County, MD. This is an opportunity to join a growing biotech organization. The responsibilities for this position include the following: Performs activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs Participates in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position Maintain company's job architecture, including competitive salary ranges based on benchmark, job families, job levels, and titles, with regular additions and updates, and ensure correct FLSA classification for the jobs Evaluates job descriptions and benchmark jobs to the market survey(s) Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems Consults with HR business partners and managers in advising on salary-related actions and other initiatives, as needed Develop and administer salary ranges differentiated by domestic geographic regions Provide training and guidance to talent acquisition team on using salary ranges with geographic differentials and create appropriate playbook or educational material Develop and manage guidelines for relocation packages for new hires Support other compensation projects as needed based on company's and department objectives Job Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation analysis and administration 4-year bachelor's degree in a relevant field Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, PHR or SHRM-CP a plus Must have solid experience with compensation research and data analysis; experience with how they relate to compliance requirements in the biotech/pharma industry a plus High proficiency with HRIS (ADP/UltiPro), Microsoft Office; highly proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and complex formulas Experience using the latest compensation analysis tools Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
