Conduct monthly, quarterly, and semiannual business analysis of the Success Measures enterprise, including review of pending client revenue prospects and pipeline, cash flow projections, short-term, mid-term, and long-term budget scenarios, and perform related financial analysis in conjunction with existing corporate budget and finance processes and systems. Prepare financial analyses, tracking, and reports for fiscal year budget projections, mid-year reallocations, year-end closeout, major investments, and other corporate financial management requirements. Participate in corporate working groups for financial-related processes, systems, and applications. Prepare and manage the business and financial analyses to support the development of strategic and business plans for the Success Measures social enterprise. Provide research and strategy input for financial aspects of enterprise pricing, products, service options, marketing, technology, sales and product development to ensure continued growth, profitability, and impact of the Success Measures social enterprise. Oversee and monitor multiple funding sources and contracts (typically 25 - 35 annually) and develop management reports on key business and financial indicators to ensure that the Success Measures enterprise has the key performance and financial data needed for operational and strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain project and enterprise-wide budgets and align Success Measures program financials with corporate financial systems and processes for fee-for-service and grant-funded projects, for both standard offerings and custom client engagements. Develop pricing models for the evolving Success Measures products, consulting, and other services to stay competitive in the evaluation marketplace. Collaborate in developing a multi-year business plan and growth strategy, and manage the financial requirements, including the development and tracking of the terms for capital investments. Lead financial monitoring of project spend, expenses, and client payments. Guide program staff on project budget management in the social enterprise model. Prepare and maintain budget management tools for program staff and meet with program staff regularly to monitor program budgets and ensure compliance with contract and grant terms and requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, nonprofit management, or related field. Experience: 6-8 years professional experience in social entrepreneurship, financial management, business development, resource development, or related areas; or any combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, abilities, and skills. Preferred Qualifications: Licenses, Certifications: Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated ability to perform financial and business analysis and develop clear financial management reports in the context of the nonprofit sector, including developing multiple budget scenarios, tracking multiple funding sources and conducting pipeline and cash flow analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze information and make sound judgments, and meet objectives within a dynamic, time-sensitive framework. Enthusiastic interest in social enterprise development and desire to refine and scale sustainable business model for the enterprise. Ability to think strategically with a creative, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit, and to implement solutions. General understanding of the nonprofit sector and knowledge of the housing and community development field and the network of intermediary, philanthropic, corporate, government and financial sector entities that support community development investments nationally. Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities in a fast-paced team environment and ability to work independently. Technology: Strong computer skills with a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and a power user in MS Excel , as well as in project accounting/financial software. Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive fund accounting enterprise applications preferred.
