Aptive is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager with demonstrated experience in running end-to-end influencer marketing strategies for major brands or the federal government. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an influencer strategy that is integrated with overarching marketing and outreach efforts to support the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This individual will identify potential influencer partners based on audience research and campaign focus; determine platforms stakeholders use and where discussions occur; collaborate with influencers to create content ideal for sharing optimize platforms to promote interaction; use materials and messages distributed, tracked and evaluated through digital properties to gather real-time feedback; facilitate live events using Facebook/Instagram Live, Twitter Chats and LinkedIn Live to encourage real-time information sharing and two-way dialogue; and conduct regular reviews of communications and campaign performance, optimizing campaigns on an ongoing basis. This mid-level full-time position is located in Alexandria, Virginia, though we will consider remote arrangements for the right candidate. This is a contingent hire position. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS. 5-7 years of social media management experience. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field. Demonstrated experience running conceiving, executing, measuring and optimizing influencer marketing efforts. Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. Legal authorization to work in the US JOB DUTIES. Research and analyze audience, market and industry data to identify the type of influencers to best partner with. Manage logistics of relationships with influencers - book briefings, arrange meetings at events and other face-to-face opportunities, schedule senior executives for regular discussions with key influencers, bloggers, authors, academics, and other subject matter experts. Manage a constantly evolving database of key influencers. Actively listen and monitor conversations on social media, news publications, industry events and user groups to keep a pulse on market conversations. Assist in tracking, analyzing, reviewing and communicating data points around influencer engagements. Create and implement digital and social media strategy. Research and write new, high-quality and audience-specific content for a variety of products including e-publications, blogs, fact sheets, podcasts, press releases, and collateral material such as FAQs and flyers for social media distribution. Manage project team activities across multiple social media campaigns and accounts, interact with client leadership to prioritize activities and define timelines and outputs. Support the development of social media plans and campaigns to maximize effective communication and outreach to deliver mission-focused messages among diverse audiences. Ensure tone and focus are appropriate for target audiences and that content complies with style guides. Facilitate collaboration between influencers and the Aptive design team in support of content creation efforts. DESIRED SKILLS. Experience with paid digital advertising, including search, social and programmatic. Ability to get up to speed quickly on complex issues; desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Capable self-starter with a drive to get all types of work done and high attention to detail. Excellent ability to communicate across most mediums and settings. Experience creating and tailoring content to meet campaign objectives, target audience/segments goals and recommended strategies and tactics for all media channels.
