What you ll do: Support organizational and project marketing and communication efforts by coordinating key information, fact-gathering, contract and invoice processing, and maintaining central project information; Collaborate with internal marketing, communications, and project teams to identify target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and inform Create and maintain presentation templates, leasing presentations, and internal meeting documents; Engage as the point of contact for internal SharePoint sites, ensuring factual and messaging accuracy of project information on all internal shared resources; Facilitate and participate in branding visioning sessions for commercial and residential projects; Manage and coordinate with project development teams and branding agencies to develop project-specific marketing tactics and materials; Coordinate CDUS presentations for external industry event participation. Competence Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with time management, problem-solving, decision making, organizing, writing, proofreading, and editing as core competencies; Results oriented; passionate about marketing and communications with an interest in and working understanding of the real estate development process; Experience in integrated marketing and public relations. Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop & Illustrator); MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Tasks, OneNote); Media Monitoring services (Meltwater, Cision, Critical Mention) Social Media Management tools and platforms (Sprinklr, Sprout, Hootsuite) Education / Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of Marketing and/or Communications experience; Previous administrative experience a plus; Experience writing for corporate social channels a plus; Graphic Design competency a plus.
