Position Summary : As member of the HR team, the HR Administrator will be responsible for understanding and supporting all HR activities to include, but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, off boarding, benefits administration, HR file management, audit support, HR digitalization, reporting, employee engagement as well as mergers and integrations. He/she complies with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. May perform other administrator duties as required. This assignment is expected to be approximately three (3) months in duration and will be evaluated at that time to determine additional need by the business. Position Responsibilities: Administration: 80% Supports HR transactional activities and processes in ADP Workforce NOW, MarketLink, Deltek CostPoint, I-9 verifications, etc. Perform high volume data entry and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files. Provide daily support to HRBPs. Support processing and maintenance of payroll records in accordance with policies and procedures, as necessary. Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to preserve employee data confidentiality, and integrity in accordance with security and privacy policies. Coordinate and collaborate with internal groups and affiliates (ie HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, etc.) to better support organizational initiatives. Act proactively by providing information and recommendations to HRBPs, Team Leads or Manager for continuous improvement, consistency and efficiency. Provide a positive image of Airbus through his/her role. Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures. Experience or deep interest in reporting and data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for changes, and build meaningful dashboards and management reports to support the proactive assessment of key metrics and indicators for Management decision making. Other activities: 20% Assist with other HR matters as required May take on small independent projects Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant work experience. Experience: 2-3 years of work experience, experience with various HRIS, benefits, 401(k) administration, and payroll interface. Knowledge of federal, multi-state, and local employment laws. Experience with reporting and data analytics highly desired. Experience with professional audits with internal and external groups desired. Previous HR experience with a national/global organization in the government contracting industry preferred. Records management/retention experience desired. Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: Must collaborate effectively, work well in a team environment, and build / maintain strong working relationships. Must maintain complete confidentiality and exercise sound judgment at all times. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work, think creatively and strategically to meet deadlines. Good time management and ability to prioritize Well organized Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must. Technical Systems Proficiency: Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office applications is essential. ADP Workforce NOW and Deltek Costpoint experience preferred. Knowledge of SharePoint a plus
