JOB SUMMARYThe HR Coordinator, Contract Tracing is a key role in helping Emergent BioSolutions minimize the spread of COVID-19 through aiding Incident Response Teams and perform contact tracing. This Limited Term Hire (LTH) role with respond to initial intake of potential and confirmed cases of COVID-19 via the Company's hotline and guide employees through the contact tracing process. The HR Coordinator, Contract Tracing will partner with HRBPs and Managers at each North American location to communicate the status of incidences and provide clear dashboard information and required reporting. This LTH role will be a remote position and includes evening and weekend hours.II. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Respond to the employee Covid-19 hotline and complete Intake Form inclusive of symptoms, potential exposure, and other data relevant to the Incident Response Teams Communicate to North American Sites when an Incident Response call is required and notify the team and set-up the call Working with local Human Resource Business Partners, confirm list of employees, temps and/or contractors impacted who require calls and serve as primary to perform contact tracing efforts Aid impacted individuals with the following: securing PCR test kits, confirming policies and addressing questions during testing period Communicate with managers regarding employee status ie, impacted, not impacted and return to work status Assist Health and Wellness with Covid-19 follow-up activities and correspondence Maintain Covid-19 dashboard surrounding cases and trends as requested by leadership and provide to appropriate Executive Leadership Team members. Research and monitor CDC information to be current on potential changes in symptoms to review with appropriate Executive Leadership Team member. When not performing Contact Trace activities, this role will support non-time sensitive administrative projects as determined by the Human Resources Leadership Team.The above statements are intended to describe the nature of work performed by those in this job and are not an exhaustive list of all duties. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Possess a bachelor's degree in Communications, Customer Service, Human Resources or related discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience in fast paced environment in Customer Service, Shared Services or HR Demonstrated capability to build effective relationships with all departments and employees Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan work activities, meet timelines and deliver appropriate and accurate results Uses discretion, good judgment, initiative and to work independently to complete activities and proactively connect with others in HRBP to resolve policy inquiries Able to respond effectively to confidential and sensitive inquiries Identify and resolve issues proactively and quickly, utilizing effective analytical techniques Proficient in MS Office with a high level of comfort using computer systems such Teams and Outlook with SuccessFactors preferredThere are physical/mental demands and work environment characteristics that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
