The developer will consult, create, develop/code, and implement a variety of ServiceNow CSM applications using OOTB ServiceNow solutions, tools and features, along with custom JavaScript, CSS, and HTML to provide a customized and unique UI/UX experience.Responsibilities Built web-based applications to fulfill client s business processes needs Develop, update, code and maintain new and existing ServiceNow CSM applications based on requirements provide by technical lead Coordinate with graphic artists and or develop visually appealing products that are consistent with client branding Review and analyze functional requirements to identify and provide recommendations to technical leads Collaborate with teams, leadership, and customers to aid in the development and implementation of various applications, frameworks improvements, and infrastructure changes Articulate complex concepts in a compelling, simplified manner using written, visual and verbal methods Assist technical leads in analyzing applications and programs to identify risks and help develop, apply, and monitor mitigation Support technical leads in collecting and analyzing requirements to develop recommendations for application development Collaborate with technical leads to aid in the development and execution of applications Analyze and help develop and/or improve existing applications and processes Requirements Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university 3+ years experience customizing web applications using JavaScript and other 3rd party JS libraries. 5+ years experience working with ServiceNow applications and endpoints Customer oriented with focus on process improvement and automation.
