Roles and Responsibilities: Participate and contribute to the design of software enhancements Code software enhancements and support the testing of the enhancements. Participate in traditional and/or Agile software development activities Participate in Internship Events Give a demonstration/presentation of the internship assignment to the department at the end of the summer. Basic Qualifications: A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must: Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2021 Be majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant discipline Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile) Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2021 Be able to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance (US citizenship is a pre-requisite) Preferred Qualifications: 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher Experience or coursework in .NET/C#, web-based application programming Experience with Oracle/SQL Server, PL/SQL Knowledge and/or experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure) software design/development Experience with PowerShell We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
