The chosen candidate will work with all the commodities and assemblies associated with multiple program and manufacturing areas. This includes test of RF/Digital CCAs, TRMs, system assemblies, and complete radar systems.The right candidate will have analytical skills to lead, perform and provide oversight for the following.o Encompass leadership skills to effectively communicate with manufacturing, hardware, production engineering and program management for resolution of hardware failures and incorporation of improvementso Foster employee growth and developmento Perform Test data and FTTTY analysiso Maintain test equipment spares in support of 100% uptimeo Maintain appropriate manpower to meet customers' needso Champion capital projects for commodity cellso Support program meetings to resolve yield detractorso Identify and maintain spares to keep test sets operationalo Commodity hardware troubleshooting, root cause/corrective actiono Maintain manufacturing test technician supporto Lead Test set troubleshooting and resolutiono Support Test procedure and automated test software updates for efficiency improvementsMANUMSBasic Qualifications: * BS degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Science or other STEM Field* 5 years of related experience or 3 years with an Master's degree* 2 experience in leading or managing projects and/or people* Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. (US citizenship is required.)Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of experience in RF test engineering or integration & test environment* Previous RADAR design or test experience* Functional manager, program manager, IPT lead, and/or other significant leadership role that included people andtechnical leadership as well as project cost and schedule responsibilities* Active Secret clearance.
