Do it here.What you'll be doing As the Production Lead Support you will be responsible for managing production support escalations for critical system issues, and perform in-depth analysis to determine root cause, resolve issues between internal stakeholders and internal/external IT teams. You will conduct analysis of complex production defects and develop resolutions that exercise judgement in evaluation of a variety of systems and coordinate with stakeholders from Global Technology Solutions (GTS), Master Data, Planning business partners and other members of Global Supply Chain (GSC). An important part of the role will be to develop and lead testing strategy, translating requirements into technical strategies, and knowledge of both waterfall and Agile software development methodology.You will also manage some strategic GSC systems projects that support production for process improvements with the focus on Planning Systems within the Supply Chain. You will serve as the technical lead for Business Process Monitoring and Continuous Improvement process solutions in the areas of Demand, Inventory, and Replenishment. This position has no direct reporting resources, however, this role will be responsible for leading members on project teams; therefore, influencing and encouraging others to support projects over and above their BAU tasks is essential. Influencing change that impacts organizations outside of Global Supply Chain is a key part of this role.Working with other members of GSC to develop and evolve the business process monitoring capabilities in ERPs and existing SC/VZ Legacy systems.Development and ongoing evolution of productioncommunications, outagesand enhancements.Acting as a project management lead for key planning systems initiatives to include wireless and wireline GSC teams including, but not limited to, Disaster Recovery (DR) Management related activities during off hours. Manage Environment Refresh coordination with GTS as well as ongoing code change implementations and cloud upgrades.Maintain on-going interaction with client groups and other functional areas relating to objectives, deliverables, resource allocation and related matters within the Global Supply Chain Systems and processes.Leading all aspects of the implementation and coordination with IT for projects related to Disaster Recovery, Environment Changes, and will be a single point of contact for the GTS team.Managing Defects to ensure resolution is achieved in accordance with SLAs.What we're looking for You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in a project management or supply chain discipline.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Willingness to travel.Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Excel.Experiencewith planning systems and tools such asSAP. especially SAP ECC, S/4,, IBP, Ariba, or CAR.Even better if you have:Master's preferred or equivalent experience.Ability to balance multiple projects and sometimes conflicting priorities.Project Management and Change Management skills.Ability to analyze data and identify emerging trends and issues.Lean Six Sigma / process improvement experience.Equal Employment Opportunity We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer - and celebrate our employees' differences, including race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, and Veteran status.
