As part of this team, Marketing Optimization Managers work within the Credit organization and broader PayPal ecosystem to define offer strategy, support growth initiatives and optimize acquisition funnels from presentment through adoption, supporting and creating strategies to effectively grow our Credit products' adoption and share-of-checkout post-acquisition. This role will partner closely with our Credit Product team, PayPal offers platform team, Marketing Operations as well as several cross functional partner organizations such as Analytics, Credit Risk, Legal & Bank partners to create, implement and optimize a robust A/B testing agenda with regards to how we acquire customers & increase utilization of our products. Responsibilities :Act as the business-owner for conversion funnel optimization efforts with our partners in Credit ProductPartner with Product teams to create the A/B testing agenda for both acquisition and engagement efforts in owned product channels, rapidly iterating on learnings from previous testing Define reward & offer strategy & testing agenda, working with broader PayPal team to create and support new offer constructs and functionality.Support growth initiatives & evolution of PayPal's Credit offerings by acting as marketing's eyes and ears in these workstreamsWork with creative agencies and internal partners to create and manage Revolving Credit's microsites & landing pages within Effectively size & prioritize opportunities, creating business cases & owning the business backlogAdopt an analytical approach to measuring tests as well as identifying new opportunities for optimization. Create and maintain accurate new account and financial forecasts and budgets including Contra Revenue for consumer incentive programs. Become an expert in business KPI reporting & fulfillment monitoring to ensure incentive program compliancePartner with Credit Product and Merchant marketing to create & maintain capabilities that lead to increased discoverability, relevancy & value exchange Requirements :Minimum of 5+ years experience in Marketing or Product Marketing ManagementAbility to work with a wide range of functions ranging from Product Owners to Finance & AnalyticsSignificant A/B testing experience & high level of understanding of test design is imperativeHigh proficiency in Analytics and ability to accurately size opportunities & create business casesPrevious experience with revolving credit products is preferredStrong understanding of business KPI's and the ability to drive them.We're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day.
