Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Well-being Program Coordinator who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Program coordinator is responsible for the administrative, communication, and technical support of wellness programming and services. This role serves as the primary manager of the client database and schedules practitioners, instructors, and special programs, enrolls program participants, maintains calendars. Under direction of the Wellness Program Manager they produce newsletters and flyers, are responsible for maintaining currency website content and is instrumental in coordinating wellness events and programming for both Aquilino patients and talent. The program coordinators will also co-facilitate patient and caregiver/child/family support groups and talent meetings and coordinate volunteer schedules and programs.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Minimum 2 years experience in program coordination or administration
• Proficiency in database management, scheduling software and telehealth video conference platforms required
• Interest and general knowledge of wellness programs, yoga, mindfulness, nutrition, art therapies required
• Good written and verbal communication skills required
• Some experience co-leading groups required as a teacher, social worker, or counselor required
