Senior Associate, Social Insights

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join the Social Insights team, who will serve as a social listening analyst in support of the Capital One Brand. The successful candidate will be able to interpret data, identify reporting and insight needs, and partner internally to deliver insights back to the business. The candidate should be exceptionally imaginative, collaborative, and excited about merging market research methods with social data. You will have the rare opportunity to leverage social media data to help business partners shape future products and strategies. The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, self-motivating and has great attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or Military experience
  • Up to 3 years of experience with digital insights & analytics
  • Up to 2 years of experience in social media listening and social marketing


Preferred Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of experience leading a social listening program
  • More than 2 years of market research experience
  • More than 2 years of experience working in the Financial services industry
