Job Summary/Company:

A fun loving, fast growing tech company is seeking NO PHONE Live Chat Customer Response Coordinators to provide excellent service via text and live video chat to clients in McLean, VA. Must be geographically located within a desirable commute to McLean, VA. Full time-40 hours per week. Career minded only please. This job is ideal for you if you are passionate about helping others and are tech savvy. $17-$18.25 per hour to start. Strong candidates seeking career path only please. Retail, restaurant experience with a desire to work in an office setting also encouraged to apply! Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely, accurate and efficient responses to clients via live video or text chat
  • Verify member identification and follow verification procedures
  • Work with other members to troubleshoot verification issues and provide a working solution

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills; including proficiency with internet and search engines, operating systems, and browsers; effective manipulation of multiple screens simultaneously
  • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Projects a competent, enthusiastic and empathetic demeanor with customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
  • A flexible and reliable work ethic and passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Must possess a can-do attitude and strong initiative with a drive to succeed
  • Outgoing, energized, and the ability to build great customer relationships
  • 6 + months in a service position
