Secured Card is a credit card product targeted to theunderserved market. We strive to be a trustedfacilitator in our customers' financial health journeys. The Secured Card Product team is seeking a product manager / owner who will be aligned with a Secured Card tech team. The Product team works with both the Business and Technology teams to deliver the Secured Card product strategy. A suitable product owner will be a person with product experience working with a tech team in an agile environment. Experience using writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, facilitating agile ceremonies, utilizing Jira, creating presentations, and developing a team roadmap are all day to day aspects of the role. Strong communication and influence skills will make a person successful in this role.

Product Owner for Secured Card

We are looking for a Product Owner who is diligent, exceptionally imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about enabling our customers and partners to deliver great products within the Secured Card team, and the overall work being done to drive success as a team as we work to support our customers.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, self-motivated and with great attention to detail.

In This Role You Will
  • Own the strategic roadmap, in partnership with Design & Technology, to bring transparency and agility to the delivery process
  • Own and proactively support secured card product delivery
  • Support and partner with engineering teams- including escalation and resolution of impediments
  • Communicate strategy and services to users, partners, and customers via digital and physical channels

  • Open-minded: You have your own perspective and methodology. But this does not prevent you from trying new things. Ultimately you are curious and believe in continual learning and evolution
  • Action-Oriented: You have an urgency to progress, you try things, and sometimes you fail. But you apply those learning to move forward


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience as a product owner or product manager on an Agile sprint team
  • At least 1 year experience in Agile environment


Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Agile Software Delivery
  • At least 2 years of experience in Lean Product Management
