Research Marketing Analyst
Job Description Research Analyst This position is highly administrative and customer service focused and requires an individual that is very detail-oriented, self-motivated and flexible (a team player who is always willing to pitch in with other tasks as needed to successfully support the client account). The Research Strategist interacts with sales and other areas of the company to ensure that the collateral and other communications reflect the company brand accurately. Duties and Responsibilities * Implements both digital, traditional marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing strategies, plans, and objectives. Plans and organizing promotional conference support. * Research market information and keep centralized database for comparable and tenants using Costar * Attend researcher functions and meetings * Create & implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the COO Enhance company brand awareness and strategy through direct marketing * Provide daily and weekly reporting of marketing and sales statistics. Consult with Sales & Marketing * Directors on results to help strategize on improvements to make to existing marketing campaigns. * Proactively create selling opportunities. Copy writing and proofing of print material, newsletters, website, etc. as needed * Execution of graphic art and content marketing, lead generation, marketing materials, print advertising, digital advertising, direct mail, website content, presentations, email campaigns and social media. * Tracking campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications. * Manage marketing and CRM software for tracking activities. * Assist with development of lead generation plans with targets, CRM interface, measures, and objectives. * Develop quarterly market reports Skills and Specifications * Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Excellent Costar, CRM - Salesforce, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite skills. * Effective project management skills. * Sound understanding of marketing principles. * Excellent copywriting skills and should be able to rework technical content for a wider audience. * Good team player and should meet or exceed team goals. * Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. * Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts. * Ability to maximize prioritization to achieve results Education and Qualifications Degree in business, communication, marketing or 5 years experience in related field Expert knowledge of Costar and intermediate Adobe software skills About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
