SharePoint Developer/AnalystJob OverviewSummary: Provide SharePoint support and development for solutions in the GP production environment, troubleshoot incidents, respond to requests, and provide basic guidance for standard features and functionality of the SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online platforms.Essential duties/responsibilities* Assist in gathering requirements for new development in our SharePoint Platform* Create/Update workflows in Nintex/SharePoint Designer/Power Automate* Create/Update forms in Nintex/InfoPath/Power Apps* Work with the IT Operations team to resolve tickets following the outlined processes and meet service level objectives (SLO)* Support SharePoint site owners and administrators * Work with IT SharePoint Developers, Office 365 Administrators, Azure Active Directory Team and Business Analysts to achieve the greatest value from the SharePoint possible with the resources available* Collaborate with process owners, stakeholders, and teammates to troubleshoot and analyze SharePoint (Online and on premise) issues, risks, and challenges for our stakeholders and clientsRequired skills/experience* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills* Experience providing IT support or troubleshooting technical issues that resulted in a successful resolution* Experience using SharePoint 2013 & SharePoint Online features and functionality with a solid understanding of:* Basic SharePoint site design and configuration;* Site structure* Navigation design* Page design* Permissions/Access control administration* SharePoint 2013 Designer workflow development* Nintex workflow and form development* InfoPath forms development* Microsoft Office suite functional integration with SharePoint* Excellent communications skills* Ability to ask relevant questions to successfully elicit information from the end users* Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff* Ability to compose detailed user and technical documentation that describes the design and configuration of a SharePoint solutionPreferred skills/experience* Bachelor's degree* Experience with SharePoint data migrations* ShareGate* Power Automate* Power Apps* Powershell scripts* Requirements gathering and business process analysis experience* Experience with process mapping and diagramming techniques* Process mapping with tools such as Microsoft Visio* Familiarity with common corporate business processes in the areas of HR, Finance, Legal, Project Management etc.GP is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
