Venesco is currently hiring for a part-time Licensed Psychologist to support the National Geospatial Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA. This position does require a Top Secret Clearance prior to starting. Background: NGA promotes employee wellness through a proactive, multi-disciplinary approach to service delivery. The overall objective is to get maximum integration of all of the health and wellness components (physical health, behavioral health, Employee Assistance Program [EAP], spiritual wellness [Chaplain services provided outside of this requirement]) executing enterprise level programs to engage the workforce Provide EAP counseling services in accordance with regulatory requirements. Program should include 24/7 international telephonic access to counseling services for employees. Limited counseling services for families should be provided in accordance with Department of Defense regulations. Resources regarding long-term counseling needs or support will be offered to individuals, as necessary. Behavioral Health Assessments - Provide behavioral health assessments as directed by NGA to determine employee readiness for deployment; provide post-deployment behavioral health assessments for civilian employees; collaborate with physical healthcare professionals to build full- scale medical and behavioral health assessments for specific job-related duties as determined by NGA.Job Requirements: Provide employee assistance program counseling to referred and walk-in clients Provide informational sessions on mental health and wellness to the workforce, with at least two sessions relating to deployment Participate in agency-wide activities on behalf of the Employee Assistance Program Provide pre and post deployment psychological assessments Provide vision testing for applicants and employees Integrated wellness calendar Weekly wellness activity report-Consolidated high-level report out from all wellness components on accomplishments, activities (ie programming) and/or upcoming events to share with HD leadership Participate in agency-wide activities on behalf of the Employee Assistance Program Venesco LLC, is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
