Job DescriptionJoin CACI as a PL/SQL Developer to design and develop brand new capabilities to help our customer make decisions in support of their vital mission.We have been supporting our Department of Defense customer for over 20 years with an implementation of a Customer-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Financial System. Now we are embarking on a brand-new effort to migrate the separate offline Contracts processes into one unified and integrated Finance and Contracts system. This effort will significantly improve efficiency, transparency, and auditability for our Department of Defense customer allowing them to focus on their vital mission.We are looking for a PL/SQL Developer with the desire to be a critical member of our team designing and developing creative new solutions for our customer. You will work as a member of the Technical Development Team, developing reports and their underlying stored procedures to support the new integrated Finance and Contracts system. This includes developing new standardized BIRT reports as well as developing a reporting framework to support end user ad hoc reporting within Business Objects.The Technical Development Team will work closely with the rest of the project team to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of the contract writing solution. You will be working closely with functional team members to develop technical design documents, construct queries and stored procedures, develop reports, and unit test reports to meet the business requirements.This role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to properly prioritize, multi-task, and work collaboratively with our project team.
