We are looking for passionate, innovative, and caring people who will each bring their unique skills and perspectives to our workplace.What You Will Do:Support physicians and other medical personnel to provide clinical Image guidance and navigation product support in real time during surgery. Position responsibilities include: -Provide consulting, guidance and assistance to physicians and operating room personnel by evaluating options and problem-solving Imaging solutions during surgery in order to maximize efficiency and equipment usage. -Analyze intraoperative CT and navigation equipment issues. -Perform necessary Imaging prior/during/after surgery as needed. -Develop and conduct training programs on use of equipment in the absence of the specialist. -Provide support and coverage for radiologic operating room needs. What You Will Bring: EducationCertificate Radiologic Technology Active ARRT registry in RadiographyExperience3 years - Healthcare/Medical - Surgical Services Surgical procedure knowledge preferred 1-3 years - Imaging Technical Support knowledge preferred 1-3 years - Healthcare Proficient in PC software applications Self-motivated, detail oriented with proven history of ability to make independent decisions in healthcare environment required. Certification & LicensuresARRT (R) Registered required BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart required ARRT (CT) Registered or registry eligible certification required within 3 months of hire date New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation. QualificationsMust demonstrate an understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology and medical terminology. Maintains a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure techniques. Skilled in the operation of CT scan equipment with attention to detail, understanding of computer technology, ability to work in a stressful environment with the ability to follow directions/instructions from supervisor. Consistent attendance is required to assure that patient needs are met.
