The selected candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and possess the ability to integrate DOD cybersecurity requirements into an established program. **Position is anticipated to start in Q1 2021** Job Responsibilities: * Produce, validate, update, and manage DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages for both new and existing software applications supporting the Joint Staff * Responsible for identifying applicable security controls and analyzing assessment procedures to validate the controls * Develop POA&Ms, in coordination with development team, for non-compliant controls * Produce deliverables in order to meet security requirements as outlined in Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) * Ensure reports are maintained and that security vulnerabilities are tracked and remediated according to prescribed timelines * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for A&A artifact generation * Must be able to interface with teammates to create an overall solution to meet A&A requirements. * Test software products for cybersecurity compliance * Provide support for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies * Influence the system requirements and design processes to incorporate the identification of emerging cyber requirements. *Qualifications* * Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; OR, Masters and three (3) years or more experience * Must have an active Interim Top Secret clearance with ability to obtiain full Top Secret * Previous experience with RMF or ATO processes * Must have 8570 level II certification SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation's modernization and readiness challenges.
