Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is looking for a dedicated and passionate RBT. In this role, you will utilize your skills to assist clients on the autism spectrumin redicrecting maladaptivehabits and attitudes, managing behaviors, and meeting the goals of their ISP.Job DescriptionImplementation of one-on-one individualized programs.Collection and charting of data.Update treatment plans as necessary.Train family members on implementing the treatment plan.Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments.Document daily notes involving face-to-face sessions and billable time while meeting necessary deadline set by administrator.If not a RBT, must complete RBT coursework and complete verbal competency assessment within 60 days of initial hire.Minimum qualifications:At least a High School Diploma / GEDApplicants must have a year of experience working with the mental health population or special education.
