Job Description CWS is looking for an experienced Siebel CTI Developer to support the US Patent and Trademark Office Enterprise Contact Center (USPTO ECC). This position is a remote role supporting the Northern Virginia area team. This position is a part-time consultant role that will be used on an as needed basis. Hours can be flexible and worked around your schedule. Key Tasks and Responsibilities A cents € cents Support tasks for integration of Genesys PureConnect with Siebel IP 20.6 A cents € cents Perform ECC internal server environment integration and testing with the new Siebel Stabilization servers (DEV, FQT, PROD). A cents € cents Support DEV, FQT and UAT UCCMS Stabilization testing in relation to CTI functionality. A cents € cents Support troubleshooting of CTI issues in lower environments as well as during the UCCMS Stabilization production cutover. A cents € cents Provide Genesys PureConnect interaction client version compatible with Siebel IP 20 (target UCCMS Siebel stabilization upgrade version). A cents € cents Provide Genesys PureConnect interaction client installation and configuration documentation. A cents € cents Provide ECC related changes documentation and DOSP updates. A cents € cents Gather business requirements for real-time and batch data migration and integrations definition and application development. A cents € cents Produce Siebel test plans/scenarios, develop scripts and execute unit testing of Siebel integration. A cents € cents Achieves high level of customer satisfaction and communication with the Siebel CRM business owners and IT staff. Education & Experience A cents € cents Siebel 8.1+ experience is mandatory, Siebel IP-20 is preferred. A cents € cents Minimum of 5 years Siebel integration design and development experience. A cents € cents Minimum of 5 years functional and technical design experience. A cents € cents Expert in Siebel Navigation, the Siebel User Interface, and Siebel Tools. A cents € cents Strong technical foundation including structured programming - C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design. A cents € cents Expertise in Siebel CTI integration with Genesys / Interactive Intelligence. A cents € cents Expertise with Siebel Communication Session Manager (CommSessionMgr) on Siebel Server. A cents € cents Extensive experience configuring CIC integration with Siebel. A cents € cents Reviewing and Modifying the Communication drivers and Profiles. A cents € cents Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities. A cents € cents Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as listening skills. A cents € cents Outstanding teamwork skills. A cents € cents Keen attention to detail. Certifications A cents € cents Applicable certifications are a plus.
