ResponsibilitiesProvide systems engineering (SE) support to customer and partner research, development, testing and evaluation of Cyber capabilities.A' Specific duties will include defining and producing SE products and architecture artifacts to baseline and document a pilot system's components, capabilities, interfaces, specifications and dependencies; and develop/document requirements and artifacts for full implementation of capabilities. A' Contractor will build user guides and document end-to-end data flows along will lesson learned and mitigations from the pilot. QualificationsIndividual Capabilities/Experience Required:Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.Expertise in documenting architectures and data flowsKnowledge of, and experience with, sensors used for network security monitoringUnderstanding of Systems Administration concepts and practices.Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraphA' Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:Experience documenting system requirements for a large-scale procurement.Experience establishing a repeatable process based on pilot activities and lessons learned.
