You feel at home in the cloud and are an expert in designing cloud-native security solutions. You are equally comfortable with SIEM and SOAR technologies and can help blend use of vendor products with internally built capabilities. You take a critical lens to buy vs. build decisions and are not afraid of implementing custom built or open source solutions alongside traditional vendor products. Responsibilities: Manage application/software development to deliver technology products in support of Cyber capabilities Manage a broad portfolio of diverse technology projects to provide web, mobile, and integration solutions Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best application engineering talent Manage technology support teams to develop business applications, or ensure business applications have high availability and adequate performance, to include demonstrating year-over-year performance improvement Must have deep technical credibility with engineering org, and ability to recruit top engineers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor''??s Degree At least 7 years of experience leading and managing Technology teams At least 9 years of experience in Cyber Security At least 5 years of experience in Cloud Technology (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree 8 years experience working with agile development and methodologies 1 year experience building consumer-facing web and mobile software solutions 2 years experience with cloud compliance 5 years experience in perimeter and network capabilities At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.by Jobble
