The Inside Sales Rep works with customers to find what they want, create solutions & insure a smooth sale Answering phones Handles inbound sales calls to initiate service request Handle all walk-in sales calls Billing customers using multiple computer programs Emphasizes product features, quotes prices and prepares sales orders Builds and maintains customer's relations Investigates and resolves customer problems Collecting and writing up road calls information and taking orders for Service Tire account customers Works hand in hand with walk-in customers to ensure excellent customer service Making collection phone calls (as needed) Supporting service manager and other employees Billing customers and mailing invoices (as needed) Processes mechanical repair invoices Helps in ordering parts Many other office related duties .Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty in an acceptable amount of time with an acceptable level of accuracy after completion of the training period. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or the ability required Ability to use and work with a computer Basic tire knowledge Knowledge of basic computer skills and email Clerical skills/Filing/Mailing Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment This position is required to handle monetary transactions and work with a credit card machine.
