RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Research Associate - F/T Duties: independently conduct research in the field of household finance & labor economics of the elderly; disseminate research findings thru the publication of independent authored pieces in various EBRI publication forms such as briefs, fast facts, policy reports, & blogs; Participate & present research in EBRIs forums, webinars, member meetings, & topic-specific research groups; track & monitor academic papers, current events, policy analysis reports, & new data releases as they pertain to the research topics; respond to the requests from EBRI members, external stakeholders, & media. Candidate should have strong background in econometrics, applied microeconomics, labor, public, or fin'l economics, & an interest in applied policy relevant research on employee benefits issues. PhD in Economics & 36 mths exp as economist req'd. Domestic travel req'd: 10%. Salary $155,000. Telecommute OK from Washington DC area.
